Working for Mountain Highs

This is a very demanding role so we need someone with very specific experience and skills. Full-time at weekends, and part-time on 3 weekdays, the Resort Manager takes charge of all the arrivals / departures of our self-catered clients, in close liaison with ourselves and our Resort Assistant. The job involves, first and foremost, meeting and greeting of self-catered clients, and checking them out again at the end of their stay. Also on changeover days: checking and cleaning apartments, doing laundry runs, making up beds, buying grocery packs, managing cleaners, collecting lift passes, ski school cards and meeting . This is full-time at the weekends and part-time on 3 weekdays and would suit a person who wants plenty of skiing time. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with hospitality / rep / management experience, especially experience in a similar role, aged preferably 25 / 30+, who has a clean driving license and a good sense of direction and can speak some French! We provide an excellent package including own (not shared) accommodation, as well as Portes du Soleil ski pass, seasonal ski insurance, travel to resort and back, ski and boot hire if required. Salary: dependent on age / experience, approx €170 per week.

This role would ideally suit someone already in Morzine, with their own accommodation. You will be mainly required to do mmet-and-greets and changeovers of self-catered accommodation full-time at the weekends, and part-time on 3 weekdays, assisting our resort manager. This is a part-time position over 5 days a week, and would suit a person who wants plenty of skiing time and/or who wants to do an evening job too. We are looking for an independent, organised, outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic person, who of course needs to be an excellent cleaner, and able to deal with the holidaying public and working as part of a team.

Salary: dependent on age / experience, min €150 per week.
