Les Drus 3 is a luxury standard brand-new penthouse apartment situated in the centre of Morzine. It is ideal for a group of friends or 2 small families to share, as it sleeps 8. The apartment has a vast open-plan living space, which takes up the whole of the top floor of the building, with wide sliding doors leading out onto 2 balconies facing South and South-West.

The situation couldn’t be better: at the lower end of the Rue du Bourg, you’re only 100m from the excellent Champion supermarket, 2 doors away from a good boulangerie, and surrounded by a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. For skiing, you can either walk up to the Pleney lifts in 5 minutes, or to the SuperMorzine bubble in 8 minutes, or 1 minute down to the ski bus stop opposite the church. From there, you can catch free ski buses to Les Prodains (for Avoriaz), Nyon or Ardent (for les Lindarets). The apartment is also ideal for self-drivers (and mountain bikers) as there is a wide, lockable garage at ground level.

The 4 bedrooms are off the entrance hall; there are 3 twin bedrooms plus a shower room / WC. One of the twins has double doors leading onto a balcony. Down ½ a flight of stairs is a King size bedroom with ensuite shower/WC and small balcony.

Up ½ a flight of stairs from the entrance hall is the main bathroom, with bath, overhead shower, double handbasin unit and WC. Up another ½ flight of stairs is the 60m² living space: a brown leather L-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating facing a funky modern curved glass-fronted fireplace. There’s a flat screen TV with DVD and freeview channels, and a CD sound system with Ipod docking station. The 2m long oak dining table has benches on either side, and seats 8. The sleek kitchen has black marble worktops and is well-equipped with induction hob, SMEG full-sized oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The storage cupboards under the eaves provide space for a washing machine.

Heating is via low-range underfloor heating and electric radiators in all rooms. There are electric shutters on the windows. The apartment has 115m² of space in total, plus the large garage accessed from the rear of the building where skis and boot storage is provided.
