Self-catered Chalet Holidays

Over the years we have expanded our portfolio of chalets and apartments to include a good range of self-catered properties in Morzine, most of which we manage on behalf of the owners.  Details of most but by no means all our properties are provided on the following pages, but if you contact us with your preferred dates, group size and requirements, we can email you details of what’s available.  Most properties have a fixed changeover day (Saturday or Sunday) but some apartments have flexible arrival and departure days, and may be available for long weekends, especially in low season.

Most self-catered properties are available winter and summer.  We can offer you 2 bedroomed apartments right up to 6-bedroomed chalets, ranging in standard from “good” to “luxury”.   We live in Seytroux (15 mins from Morzine) and we know all our properties in detail, so we can tell you exactly how far they are from the lifts, how far it is to the supermarket, what the parking’s like, whether they are suitable for children or disabled people, are they likely to be noisy, how many WC’s per floor, etc.   We only deal with properties we consider to be of a good standard and at decent prices. We can send you a map showing you the exact location of each property BEFORE you book, and a full honest description of each property.

On arrival in resort you’ll be met at the property by our resort manager, and you’ll be given the keys (or code) for the property along with then necessary instructions.  With all self-catered accommodation there is a Damage Deposit (”caution”) to pay, either prior to your arrival or upon key handover.  This is returned to you on your departure, as long as the property is left as you found it, less an amount for any additional cleaning or breakages.   During the winter season, standard cleaning is included in the rental rate of self-catered accommodation; in the summer it is not included, but can be arranged at a supplement which is payable in resort.

All our prices for self-catered accommodation include linen hire, and in most cases towels / tea towels are also included.  On request, we can provide a grocery delivery service for a small charge – just tell us what you’d like to be in the property when you arrive and we’ll have it ready for you. 

We are able to pre-arrange lift passes (in winter), airport transfers and ski and boot hire, and we can help with arranging childcare / babysitting, and we can advise on the right type of ski lessons / courses to book should you need them.

With some self-catered properties it can be a good idea to have your own transport, whether you self-drive from the UK or hire cars at Geneva airport.  Most of our properties are centrally located so this is not necessary, but a few are 10-15 minutes walk or more from the town, and none of the Morzine free ski bus services runs at night-time (taxi / minibus taxis are available however).   Free parking is always available with all our properties.
