Prices and Booking

How to Book

Please contact us via any of the methods listed below.  We will check availability for you.  Once we have reserved your accommodation, we will send you a booking form by fax or e-mail, and we will hold your booking for 5 working days only, to allow you time to return the completed booking form to us with 25% deposit of the total holiday cost.  The balance will then be due 8 weeks before departure. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure, the full amount is payable straightaway.

How to Pay

For Chalets Rasera, Serac, Praline, Regains and Apartments Residence des Alpes D, H, and Creve Coeur we accept payment in Euros by credit / debit card (excluding Amex and Maestro) and also by bank transfer to our French account (details on request).
For our other self-catered accommodation which is priced in Sterling, payment is taken in Sterling by bank transfer to a UK account (details on request) or by cheque. Payment can also be made for these apartments in Euros at an exchange rate to be agreed with us at the time of booking.

Once we have received your payment and Booking Form, we will send you out a Confirmation Invoice detailing dates and amounts of balance payments (if applicable) with a summary of our Holiday Information.

Holiday Information

When your holiday balance is paid, we will send you out a full Holiday Information pack which gives full details of arrival procedure in resort and lots of extra useful information. For those self-driving, a map and directions to your accommodation will also be supplied.

Airport Transfers

We are also available to provide door-to-door Geneva airport transfers for our clients in fully licensed and insured minibuses. The standard weekend cost of a return transfer is €60 per person (i.e €30 each way). For weekday transfers for less than 4 people travelling together, or for very late night arrivals or very early departures from Morzine, there may be a small supplement. Transfers can be booked up to 2 weeks before your arrival, and can be paid for in advance or in Euros in resort. If you’d like a quote for a large group (8 or more people) please contact us with your flight times.
